Unlike Virtue or Pinnacle Themes, Ascend does not include a contact page template. However, adding a contact form through shortcode is simple.
Simply click on the Extra Shortcodes Button:
scroll down, and select “Contact Form.”
Edit your contact form labels:
View the contact form to be sure you’re happy with it:
